Hillview School has two active parent groups. All parents are members of both groups and each group has elected members that form the organizing council body of each group.
Hillview School Council represents the school parents and acts as a liaisons group with the school. Hillview Elementary Parents Association (HEPA) coordinates the fundraising. Parents organize many things in our school. Most months they organize a hot lunch days for students. They also organize fundraising activities and Casinos every second year. Funds from casinos go toward field trips being provided at no cost to students. Please contact the school for details on how you can volunteer to be a part of our parent group. We would love to have you join us!
Both School Council and HEPA Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 6:30 pm.
All meetings begin with the School Council followed directly by the HEPA meeting.
ALL parents are members of both and as such are encouraged to attend
