School Council

Hillview School has two active parent groups. All parents are members of both groups and each group has elected members that form the organizing council body of each group.

Hillview School Council represents the school parents and acts as a liaisons group with the school. Hillview Elementary Parents Association (HEPA) coordinates the fundraising. Parents coordinate the milk program and hot lunch days for students. They organize fundraising activities and sponsor Casinos every second year. Our next Casino is scheduled for November 2014.  Please contact the school for details on how you can volunteer.

Both School Council and HEPA Meetings are held starting at 6:30.

September 8 - coffee meeting

October 13at 6:30 pm

November 10 at 6:30 pm

December 8 at 6:30 pm

January 12, 2012 at 6:30 pm

February 9 at 6:30 pm

March 8 at 6:30 pm

April 12 at 6:30 pm

May 10 at 6:30 pm

June 14 at 6:30 pm

All meetings begin with the School Council followed directly by the HEPA meeting. ALL parents are members of both and as such are encouraged to attend.

All Meeting Minutes will be posted usually one week after the meeting date and are located in the Resources area of the parent section. Please click on each monthly link below to obtain a copy of the minutes. School Council is the general arm of the parent group and HEPA is the fundraising arm. Parents who have children attending Hillview School are automatically members of BOTH groups - so we welcome you to join us at any meeting!
